Crooks and Castles t-shirts cover the widest spread of graphics in the shop, from a coin-sized chain badge to a skull that fills the whole chest. Since 2002, Crooks and Castles has used the tee as its simplest canvas for the marks it is known for: the Medusa head, chain links and heavy gothic letters. Nine styles are live here, seven on black or washed black and two in cloud tie-dye, all in the same combed cotton jersey and sizes S through XXL. Below is a guide to the Crooks and Castles graphic tee collection, grouped by how much of the chest each print covers.
Choosing Crooks and Castles T-Shirts by Print Size
The quickest way to narrow the nine down is by how much of the front you want covered. Two tees keep it to a small mark, while the rest spread their artwork across the chest.
Small Chest Marks: Badge and Pocket
The gold chain badge tee has one small round badge on the left chest, a yellow chain ring circling a tiny castle, and nothing else on the front. It is the tee to wear under an open hoodie or a crewneck when the outer layer is doing the talking.
The black chest pocket tee swaps the badge for a left chest pocket with a tiny red and white graphic on it and a few lines of small white lettering above. From a distance it is the plainest tee on the page, and up close the most detailed.
Full-Chest Graphics and Panels
Everything else carries a large front print. Some are built from panels with lettering in boxes, others from a single drawing or a square pattern, so the choice is less about size and more about which mark you want to wear. Every one of these tees is also listed under the Crooks and Castles clothing for men section.
Medusa, Skull and Bandana Artwork
Two Medusa Panel Tees
The black Medusa panel tee stacks two white panels on the chest, a Crooks script on the upper one and CASTLES on the lower, with a black and white Medusa emblem between them. Under the panels, a small line reads ALL HAIL THE RULING ELITE. The same layout, this time with black panels on a lighter ground, appears on the navy tie-dye Medusa tee, where a navy and white cloud dye replaces the plain body.
The Ruling Elite Skull Tee
On the skull and crossbones Ruling Elite tee, a white skull wearing bunny ears sits over crossed bones next to the number 38. The Ruling Elite is written in script, and CROOKS and CASTLES are set vertically in gothic letters. Of all the tees, this one has the most detailed single drawing.
Paisley Letters and the Bandana Square
The paisley-filled arch logo tee fills an arched CROOKS with a white bandana texture, adds & CASTLES beside it, and tucks a small bandana-masked face underneath. If you like those letters but need something warmer for the colder months, the same paisley-filled arch is printed on heavy fleece across the Crooks and Castles pullover hoodies range, in seven body colors.
The bandana square print tee takes the bandana idea further: a large square print in yellow, red and cream bands with ornate medallions in the corners. At its center a chain ring surrounds a small castle, with CROOKS & CASTLES around it and the numbers 20 and 02, the year the label began.
Tie-Dye and Washed Finishes
Three tees get their character from the fabric finish as much as from the print: two are cloud tie-dyed and one is washed. These look different from every other piece on the rack, and all three also sit in the Crooks and Castles clothing for women section.
Basketball Hoop on Gray Tie-Dye
The basketball hoop tie-dye tee is dyed in a gray and navy cloud pattern. Across it, CROOKS CASTLES runs in slanted white block letters beside a pink hoop with a net and ball, palm trees, a light-blue CC logo and a round emblem near the shoulders. Look closely near the hem and there is a tiny white scorpion. Cloud dye also turns up on a full hoodie and jogger outfit among the Crooks and Castles matching tracksuits.
Old English Letters on Washed Black
The washed black gothic logo tee has a mottled gray-black body from its wash, and a curved Old English Crooks & Castles in orange-gold with a lighter outline across the chest. The faded ground makes the tee look worn in from the first day, which suits the old-school letters.
Jersey Weight, Fit and Tee Sizing
Combed Cotton at Roughly 240 GSM
Every tee here is made from 100% combed cotton jersey at roughly 240 GSM. That is a heavier jersey than a thin basic tee, so the body holds its shape under a big print and does not cling. Combing pulls out the short fibers before the yarn is spun, which leaves a smoother and softer surface.
Sleeve Tabs and Neck Labels
Several tees carry a small woven tab on one sleeve, including the chain badge, pocket, paisley and black Medusa panel styles, and the black Medusa panel tee also has a label at the neck. These trims are easy to miss in a grid photo but show once the tee is on.
Fit Across S to XXL
The tees are cut in a regular fit. Sizes run S to XXL, so check your chest width against the t-shirt size chart and measuring tips before ordering, and go one size up if you prefer a looser, longer tee over joggers or shorts.
Layering Tees Through the Year
In summer a 240 GSM tee works alone with the fleece pairs on the Crooks and Castles graphic shorts page. Once the air cools, a small-badge tee sits well under a crewneck, and in winter any of the nine goes under a heavy hoodie without adding bulk at the neck or the arms.
For sun on your head, the one hat in stock so far is a leaf-print bucket hat in the Crooks and Castles hats and accessories category. Its busy pattern sits better with the plainer tees, such as the pocket or chain badge styles, than with the full-chest prints.
Washing Printed Cotton Tees
Cotton jersey and printed ink both prefer cool water. Wash tees inside out on a cold cycle, keep the tie-dye styles away from whites for the first few washes, and hang them to dry rather than tumbling them hot, since high heat can shrink cotton and crack a print. Iron on the reverse side only. The cotton tee care instructions page has the full routine.
