How a Group Order Works
Get in touch first and order second. The request can be checked against real stock, and you will learn what is available today, what would have to wait and which color of the same graphic has enough sizes. A clear message helps: garment, size, color and quantity. The hoodies are brushed fleece of roughly 480 GSM, the crewnecks around 420 GSM, the tees cotton jersey of roughly 240 GSM and the shorts fleece of around 400 GSM. If the group can accept two colors of one design, mention it at the start, since that flexibility often decides whether everything can be filled.
What to Include in the Request
- The graphic and color, or just the garments if any design would do.
- The size breakdown, not only the total, because that is what decides availability.
- When you need the order, and whether a later second delivery would work for you.
What This Page Does Not Cover
Custom printing, names or logos added to a garment are not part of this page. Group orders here are for pieces already in the range, in the graphics and colors listed.
Sizing a Group Without Measuring Everyone
Availability depends on the size breakdown, so it pays to get it right. A simple approach works well: ask each person to measure the chest width of a top that fits them well, rather than naming a size. Those numbers match the chart in the size guideand remove the guesswork that habit brings.
The garment helps too. Roomy fleece hoodies hide a small sizing error across a group better than tees do, so for a mixed group ordering without measurements, hoodies are the safer choice.
Splitting an Order in Two
When stock is thin, an order can sometimes go out in two parts: what is available now, and the rest when more arrive. Say early whether a second delivery would be useful, because it changes what can be offered.
